If you book now, you have the option to change your booking later without a change fee. Fare difference may apply.
Your existing reservations
Change your booking without a change fee
If you have an existing booking made with Nouvelair, you have the option to change your booking without a change fee before your flight departure. Fare difference may apply.
If you booked through a travel agent, you must contact them directly.
Cancel your booking and receive a Voucher
If you have an existing booking made with Nouvelair, you have the option to cancel your booking 72 hours before your first flight departure and receive a Voucher, valid for 1 year from the date of issue. This voucher is not refundable.
To do this, you have to send your request to the address: email@example.com or contact one of our points of sale.
You can use this voucher to pay a new bookings and / or services offered by Nouvelair via our website on the payment page or by contacting our call center or one of our points of sale.
Your reservations made with Travel agency
Please contact your agency for any modification, cancellation or other information regarding your booking.
Cancelled flight due the health crisis
For passengers having a canceled flight, we propose the following solutions:
- Change with free of charge for the first available flight to the same destination or change without a change fee for a new trip (fare difference may apply). To do this, you must contact our call center or our one of the points of sale.
- A voucher for the value of the ticket that can be used on all Nouvelairflights. The request must be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.The voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. If it is not used after the validity date, it may be refunded.
- A refund on the total amount of the ticket. The request must be made by e-mail to email@example.com. Customers who purchased their ticket from a travel agency are invited to contact them.
