1. Acceptance of the General conditions of sale
By using the www.nouvelair.com website or making a purchase via this website, you are deemed to be aware of and agree to these General conditions of sale which we recommend that you read carefully.
2. Rates
2.1 Sales conditions
For information on pricing, please read the terms and conditions associated with each booking class.
You can book up to 4 people (adults or children) on the same file
To make a booking you must be an adult. The responsibility of Nouvelair will not be sought in the case of misuse by a minor.
2.2 Discounts
Special discounts are offered to babies less than 2 years
Children between 2 to 11 years are not subject to reduction
2.3 Making changes to your booking
It is possible for you to make the following changes according to fare rules of booking classes and according to seats availability:
+ Date of travel
+ Time of outward flight/return flight
You can make changes by contacting Nouvelair agencies or by sending an email at booking@nouvelair.com
Important: You want to change the reservation of a single passenger, while there are several people on the booking? In this case, please send an email to booking@nouvelair.com or contact Nouvelair agencies in your country of departure so that we can individualize your reservation.
For this, you will present the reference of your booking.
2.4 Modification/Cancellation
If the fare rules of your booking class allow, you may request cancellation of your booking and refund your ticket, some of our tariffs are subject to penalties, the amount is specified in the fare rules displayed by the Site.
Some fares are nonrefundable and not changeable
Refund: Refund requests must be made by e-mail to booking@nouvelair.com
The refund amount will be credited directly through the credit card that was used for booking seats on Nouvelair web site.
2.5 Name changes
+ Name change is only possible for an individually-booked single journey (a single outward journey and a single return journey, booked and paid for together are not regarded as two single journeys) or for the outward and return journey if the person wishes to take over both the outward and return journeys. It is therefore not possible to change the name of the traveller for just one part of the booking (outward or return journey). Therefore, if you make use of either the outward or return journey yourself, you will not be able to pass the rest of the ticket on to another person
+ Spelling error on the ticket: name can be modified, but the traveller must be the same person.
Please note: Name change is only possible if the flight you wish to change to is actually available at that precise time.
Nouvelair flights are added to the systems each season.
2.6 Nouvelair Services
Do you want to book your preferred seat? Do you have special dietary requirements? Do you have oversize baggage? Is a minor travelling unaccompanied? Do you have reduced mobility and need assistance from our teams? Nouvelair offers many ancillary services for your comfort.

3. Luggage
3.1 Luggage allowance
The luggage allowance is shown on the ticket and varies depending routes and booking class.
3.2 Excess luggage
Beyond the luggage allowance stated on the ticket, the passenger must pay a charge for carriage of Baggage in excess. This charge varies according to routes.

4. Payment method
For the payment on line, you have to use your credit card
Only credit cards displayed by our system at time of booking are accepted on our web site.
Only card payments are accepted on the Nouvelair website. The card is only debited after the booking has been confirmed.
5. Secure payment
The NOUVELAIR website offers a secure online payment system using the latest technology in effect and in particular the SSL data transmission protocol. The SSL server software encrypts the data you enter (bank details, address etc.) before it sends them through the internet. Therefore the information is scrambled during transmission. It can only be read by the secure payment server (SPS) of the Société Monétique Tunisie (SMT), using its own unique decryption key. So your confidentiality and secure payment of your services are assured, as long as the user adheres strictly to the methods and advice below. If your internet browser does not allow you to access the secure technology, please contact us to make your booking.
6. Law applicable to disputes
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to Tunisian law. In case of dispute relating to their interpretation, execution or non-execution, the Tunisian courts shall have sole competence.
7. Changes to Conditions of Use
NOUVELAIR reserves the right to change or update these General Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice.
